brat but it’s a sketch show
We’re turning Bowling Green into Brat Green this summer!! Part concert part sketch show, this one night only immersive comedy concert experience will have you laughing, dancing and living that life! Presented by Vivian Sille & Kayla Mulliniks, the Capitol is thrilled to host this comedy duo freshly back to BG from Los Angeles. Vivian Sille is a 180 party gahl* born in Bowling Green and is thrilled at the chance to make their hometown laugh! While spending the last 10 years performing comedy in Chicago, Los Angeles and Detroit, Vivian whimsically satirizes not only our current culture but our past as well. An extremely silly or (sille) person, they can be seen doing impressions, sketches or giving general vibes in person or on social media apps invented before 2015 *charli xcx voice Kayla Mulliniks believes if you make them laugh, you can make them listen. And with only one good hearing ear, she really had to listen. With a background in journalism and film analysis, comedy is the natural progression of Kayla’s wit, anger, laughter and joy. Studying in Washington DC and Chicago, Kayla has had residencies at the world famous Second City and iO theatre. Most recently Kayla’s script, “Hamster’s The Final Performance” was chosen out of hundreds of submissions for The Elysian Theatre’s Spaghetti Festival in Los Angeles, California. She is so excited to bring and enjoy the laughs to Bowling Green!
