A Concert for Marc
The heart of the southern Kentucky music scene has always been grounded in community. Join us at the Capitol for a lineup of hometown heroes: A special acoustic appearance by Black Stone Cherry, Government Cheese and the Josephines as they perform in memorial of Marc Owens. Marc was the founder of High Street Studios which recorded notable local talent like Government Cheese, Jonelle Mosser and the Ken Smith Band. Marc made his legacy in local music, running sound for Chris Carmicheal and The Kentucky Headhunters. Chances are, Marc was behind the sound board for all the shows you love telling stories about. Join us at the Capitol to give back to Marc’s family during an incredibly difficult time. All proceeds for this event will go to Marc’s family. This show is presented by Lindsey Production Group for the Son Rhea Foundation.
